This spectacular retreat was designed to complement the unique semi-woodland setting whilst maximising the breathtaking views over Edlingham and Whittingham Vales towards the Cheviot Hills.
Purpose built to offer the highest quality, Lemmington Lodge is generously proportioned and offers accommodation for six adults in three double en-suite bedrooms of equal quality. All bedrooms have superking double beds but can be set up as twins on request. Travel Cots are also available on request and all bedrooms re large enough to accommodate these with ease.

A large open plan living area features a six meter panoramic sliding door which opens onto a natural stone terrace whilst providing spectacular views. Quality sofas provide comfortable seating around a Morso wood-burning stove and large LED TV with integrated DVD player, perfect for unwinding after an exciting day exploring Northumberland.
VIEW GALLERYThe exterior has a spacious garden bordering mature woodland, surrounds the lodge and features two terraces with high quality garden furniture and a barbecue. Regrettably pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the building.

Getting there
- By Car
Follow the A1 north past Newcastle and on past Morpeth, keep following signs towards Alnwick. About one mile before the Alnwick turnoff, there is a small left hand turning towards ‘Whittingham”, take this and follow the lane for approx 3 miles. You will come to a crossroads with a cottage on the corner, drive straight ahead and down the hill for approx ½ mile. The drive for Lemmington Lodge is second on the left opposite Broomwood Farm and is clearly signposted. - By Train
The nearest train station is Alnmouth, which is around 10-15 minutes by car to the cottage. Alnmouth station is located on the North mainline and runs regular direct services to Kings Cross. - By Air
